Stats (not ♥♥♥♥)
Slower Build rate by 20% Deploying uber causes a defensive shield (MVM style but prolly smaller) to be deployed in front of you, that blocks projectiles and incoming damage for 8 seconds, your team can shoot through said shield enemy team can move through it.

That would not be worth the slower build rate. Way too situational.

Maybe give the medic some extra damage resistance.
Around 10-20% would make a sizable difference in medic survivability.
