My plutonium processor vanished, unsure if this is a bug or not.
I had a spent nuclear fuel rod in my plutonium processor, and while I wasn't looking the thing disappeared from my base. All that's left was 4 pieces of nuclear waste.
Is this a bug or something? Did it vanish after it was done processing for some reason?

Sounds to me like someone had a Tantrum and destroyed it, sometimes they're targetted specifically at objects. But if a colonist has a melee weapon or upgraded arms, even a random tantrum can do enough damage to break something.

this was months ago, I finished that save file already but it wasn't a tantrum, I would've seen it.
