What mods are you running?

the weird thing is i have 3 pawns assigned to wear the MOPP Suit and on one it shows perfectly fine

No idea, but that is a lot. Try run in dev mode with only Rimatomics, and see if you encounter the same problem.

Most likely a mod conflict considering I haven't seen anyone else complaining.

I knew what caused this
I have a camera mod installed where you can choose in the options If and when the outer clothes layer should Not be visible (If indoors dont Show outer layer (Mopp suit)) now i turned it off and it works normally

no idea, maybe facial stuff doing it, it has lots of bugs
