I was thinking of a Reactor smaller, about maybe 9 or 4 fuel rods and only outputs 25-50 KW and would have a Turbine sized about maybe 3X5 size. I see this reactor being in between a RTG and a normal reactor and is used to power a small or new colony after the main colony is built. it will still rely on fuel rods but as a cheap small version for places that don't need 100+ KW of power. and i would say this kind of reactor would require at least normal reactor research done and the turbine will still need HV Transformers.

I would make this myself but very new to modding for rimworld and only just recently made my first mod which is a Compatibility patch for ce with a race mod. so I'm still learning.
