Re-militarize Rhineland
Should I just wait for an event to have access to Rhineland, or is there a focus i'm not seeing ?

...The Rhineland event automatically pops at about its historical date. I couldn't find a really good way to fit it in at the beginning (at its historical date) while also allowing the player to choose what path to take.

thanks for the answer, the thing is that, iirc, i started WW2 around 1939, and the rhineland was still not re-militarize.
I'll try to do another run with this mod tho, it may have changed.
