National Unity.
Can you make Germany hemorage less national unity please... I have 25% National Unity by 1938,

I actually just disabled the mod it got so bad it's now 14% By 1938...

To answer your question, there are numerous focuses that add national unity that you can complete to regain unity. I am still tweaking the balancing and working on some changes to the purpose of having fluctuating unity so stay tuned for that. If it is something that you find really problematic, try going down the technocratic side of the focus tree, as opposed to the autarkic side.
