Hi,japan declare war on USA and i get event "Deutsches Reich declare war on Usa" + national unity +40% ,but Axis does not exist, japan not my ally. This is a bug or not?

This will be changed in the next update.

The Commonwealth Nations require Germany to pick the "Rhineland" Focus for them to stay with Britain, but since that focus doesn't exist they will eventually stop picking a Focus when playing with Historical focuses or they will become facsist or communist without historical focuses.

Thank you for reporting this, it will be fixed in the next update.

The focus tree isn't poping up when I started the game. When I looked at teh focus tree it looked exactly like the vanilla focus tree.

@Alpha2518, are you sure that you are not running another mod that changes the German focus tree?

War with France and War with Britain focus aren't bypassed when they declare war after Poland incident

EDIT:

So I've found the culprit after turning off all other mods one by one. It is the mod "Hearts of Overhaul." It does not touch or edit the focus tree so I do not know why this is an issue. It even says such in it's compatability quote below. Which is frustrating because it makes some things cheaper to produce like small arms which is nice and it's companion mod Armed Forces Overhaul tries to implement the various variations of tanks down to attack, armor, production cost, etc for each of the major nations.

"Compatibility:

Compatible with all mods that does not affect the tech tree or equipment except those that only change graphics.

If you want to add any suggestions for new tanks, tank stats or want some sort of wiki for this mod then check the spreadsheet i made here:

I will look into it.

So 'Hearts of Overhaul' modifies many of the core German files, I assume to make the new vehicle techs compatible with vanilla. He changes the German focus tree, events file, historical oob (starting units), and historical country file.

There is nothing that I can do on my end, I am sorry :(

Great mod! Some problems when played with your soviet mod, historical on:

1. Soviet declare war on Poland 1938 because their demand estern poland focus. I loaded autosave and modded their wargoal off so game not ruined.

2. Before barbarossa Soviet want decrare war on Turkey, so again edited that.

3. Finland joined chinese united front durin winter war. Perhaps vanilla problem. Again i deleted that thing.

4. Romania annex bulgaria. Perhaps DoD problem.

5. Soviet AI needs better focus picking. During war they picked transfer factories to urals.. ok. But then after that they take naval focus and such what is not needed. Still no nkvd 30% reinforce focus when i was close to moscow. Then just near their collapse they pick focus that remove fearfull insdustry -20% factory output modifier. They should take that asap.

And keep your Hitler picture. Its nice flavour. Vanilla picturi is imo bland.

I don't know if it's only for me but the event "the fate of Czechoslovakia"doesn't seem to trigger.

but only if hungary has already demanded southern slovakia
