Have you ever actually seen the Neo-noir skin for the Usp-s. It looks different from the original but has the same style. The picture on this one is crying which is different from the other and is a different character.

you say that but you dont have any idea how hard it is to make a skin that is complicated. most of the skins on the workshop are just unoriginal and copy pasted onto every gun bc its "a random pattern" each time. Your post is clearly bait.

I'm almost 100% sure these are the same people that made the USP-S Neo-Noir, as well as the design being different.
