They are under the Drag weight Cap for the BOSS, so i don't see why not.

These can't be taken into the boss fight arena... On the Island atleast. They don't come through the teleporter, nor can you un-cryo them in the arena.
I can't Find a command to change the setting to allow this(on the server).
@MOD - anything to add to this?
