I don't understand you. Do you want take it out from Postal 2 and throw into other game? or what? If you want appear this in the game manually you have an editor for this - PostED/UnrealED. Modifications Paradise

LOL, i don't know how do you used this in PL, I thought that is not unenforceable xD

Is only 12 because such a lot is in script, you can write code to more ammo, if you
completed game in the menu is section "Cheats", go there and select second option.
If you don't have completed game click on the keyboard " ` " and write "sissy"
and next write "payload", now you have 9999 ammo :)
