[Chime: meter that, when full AND while C# is active, makes any fatal hit stop at 1hp and automatically forces player into 'Bonk' state for four seconds. (Note: Think of it kind of like a less subtle Dead Ringer)(Sidenote: activating Chime resets meter, and takes 25 seconds to refill)
[On hit: +10% chime charge (2-3 seconds per hit)
[Taunting doubles meter fill speed while it's playing
Cons:

[-30% damage (24 dmg)
I'm sure this isn't the best idea so what else you guys got?
