Changing Default Spawn Points
is there anyway to change the map spawns so players spawn around the fountain like in the original downtown?

Yes, but it's pretty annoying.
/setspawn {command used to swap to that job}

E.g.

Gun Dealer = /setspawn gundealer
Civil Protection = /setspawn civilprotection
