those stats are balanced and I'd say the same if you didn't already
I think that this would actually be a bit overpowered, as well as greatly encouraging turtling, also it's called the artillery sentry so shouldn't it fire some sort of pill?

It is, however based on the name and image of the weapon it wouldn't make sense, as well as it would encourage turtling, especially with such unbalanced stats (op). After setting it up it would be vastly superior, the damage bonus practically negates the one downside that it has after it's been built.

-25% Building health
+20% build time (so it needs longer to build up to a "ready for use" Phase)
Shoots grenades instead of rockets
Needs "The Jag" for reapiring and removing sappers

the reason they thought of the jag is because it's just kind of a standalone weapon right now I'm pretty sure, and it would give it some sort of a set for weapons at least

What about:
-20% building speed
-10% firing speed
-10% damage on players
+15% starting health when building
+10% damage against overhealed players
+10% building defence
When destroyed, this sentry will explode, dealing damage to anyone around it.
