dispenser and tele reskin
if valve adds this magnificent machine to tf2,

we need a artillery dispenser and teleporter so the sentry isn't out of place

yeah, but just a small suggestion: maybe have it so that the dispenser is less effective, but generates a shield bubble (similar to a wrangled sentry, or perhaps a vac shield would be more accurate). higher levels increases the effectiveness of the shield. It could use that abandoned repair node model.
