my ideer

+35% "up time" speed
-20% firing speed
-20% damage
+100% targeting speed
when leveling up +75% damage resistance
+15% bullet resistance
(in the way that it is good for the engineer and not better for bullets)
when on point or close to pay load regens 7 health every sec
please say what you think :D

i think this would make a new engineer tactic to first upgarde when in a big battle and sentry is getting low on health
