Textscreens restricted to Sadmin
I want to change it so admins and Mods also can access it but i cant find any way to do it. Tried FPP and also looked through all of ULX

That's not a feature built into this addon natively I'm afraid. We created our own solution at SammyServers to restrict certain tools, etc to specific ranks, but you'll need to find or create one in order to be able to do this. URS did this for ULX, but I'm not sure if it's still actively developed. https://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php?topic=5269.0
