Can't find the spot where the healing beacon goes.
I have been looking all over the square for the spot where the healing beacon goes, and can't find the marker. Where is the location or is it bugged? Cornerstone says the beacon goes in it, but have it set to see markers through blocks, and still can't see any place marker.

It goes in the very centre on top of the fountain
