How do I download and use it on my Kunai?
I may seem like an idiot saying that. But I seriously need to know it.

No problem m8, to use any mod in tf2 you have to put the VPK file in your custom folder.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom

Aaand I'm more of an idiot cuz I can't even find the file, I did a direct download. Where should it end up?

It should be on your downloads folder.
If you downloaded it with Chrome I suggest you go to the menu on the top right and open the downloads tab, then, under the VPK file, click "show in folder".

Hi, I am struggling to make this work in 2019... I put the file into the correct place, and tried the itemtest map with sv_pure 0, but nothing seems to work! Could I be doing something else wrong?
