Is it possible to have Clockwork in singleplayer/for a lan game? Because I really like the entites and it would be awsome if I can mess around with them and my friends. Is it possible to do it or can you guys create one like that and how much do I have to pay?

You need to purchase the schema from here, then you just have a look at the wiki on how to set it up. Won't take that long and you can host the server localy.

No, it is not possible, unless you're hosting a dedicated server and set it up properly to support Clockwork's framework.
