idk what causes them to load ive played this map a lot over the years and i see them now, its all volvo cars. i have csgo, css, hl2, hl2 e1, hl2 e2 and i can see them, its the same type of cars in rp_amsterville and they dont work

I can still see and drive the various custom vehicles in hometown1999. Maybe try temporarily disabling all of your addons (except this map) and then see if the cars are still missing. If the cars suddenly appear after doing that, you'll need to figure out which addon was preventing them from spawning.

I see the cars, but they can't turn

I remember that there wasn't any police car. Only volvo cars. The police cars were in different map, rp_hometown2000
