Stats?
Fires a snowball that makes the enemy slow down and take mini-crits for 5 seconds
15% faster firing speed
-50% damage penalty

It would still deal about ~18 damage, which is better than the Wrap assasins and Fan-o-Wars damage penalties, + the mini-crit thing on the snowball, it could do about ~24 damage on a mini-crit
