I've been getting a bug on my server using this tool where it still functions as normal until you "apply" the no collide via right click. From there it still does the job but doesnt clear the selected props and tosses a console lua error. I'm at work right now or I would provide a link to the error. I know this is like a year after you made this discussion but your tool is very important to my server and me. Thank you.

I have had problems where I cant properly move ragdolls as their hit-boxes are intervening with themselves and when I found this I thought it owuld be great for this!

However when using this mod I made it not collide and this ragdoll still collides with itself.

I left click on it, then right click on it then try move it into itself and it still doesnt work. Its been awhile since this was made but I hope you can still assist.
