First person camera snapping glitch.

So when I fly WAC my camera acts like its freelooking then it snaps to the center when i stop moving my mouse. Does the same when im flying. Ive tried using dynamic camera mode and not using dynamc camera mode. Please help (Edit: Also when I try and use thirdperson my camera snaps into my head

you have conflicting addons (anything that modifies the camera at some point can cause this). neurotec is the most common cause
