[Bug/Incompatibility] Words showing up twice and cannot click anything in the properties

Began having the problems after installing these mods:

Tried disabling them, about to try uninstalling them.
And it only happened directly after installing THOSE 3 mods. I have tried the game (and pac3) before installing the 3 mods. The mods also caused the grass on Mobenix to be really big, for some reason too.

Did try pac_restart.

Just tried uninstalling the mods, pac3 continued to have this error.
Although it looks and works fine if I have the console open.

It was fixed this morning.
Unsure if it was the restart of Gmod.
