Motion blur dosen't work for me

So i was playing gmod again lately and i tried to use Motion blur but nothing happend. I try to change something with the motion blur but nothing changed. It has worked before but now its not working anymore. Is there any addon or tool that could have cause the motion blur to stop working or is the tool broken?

It's probably your video settings.

I already checked that, it's enabled. i think its an addon that i downloaded. What do i have to set my video settings to get to work?

I think it's one of the add-ons installed causing the motion blur not to work, but I don't know which tho.

I also have this issue too, but when I enabled only this add-on, motion blur works fine.
But when I enabled lots of my add-ons, motion blur seems to stopped working, which I thought would be another add-on conflicting it.

My guess would be some overlay or other post-process add-ons, not sure.
