I need a little bit of help here
I saw that in the video you could unlock the cursor for ragdolls for stuff like heads although i have not found out as to what the default key it is

Anyone know what it is?

would you mean by unlocking cursor the thing with holding down the C key to open context menu, that sort of allows to "free aim" with anythng?

i think so, it was when you middle clicked the head of the ragdoll and the discs would appear to rotate the parts

i was trying to talk about the Ragdoll Mover 3.1 locking system changes at 0:41 seconds into the video, what key was pressed to make it so that you could move the head with the mouse cursor?

ah, that one was made by dim sum on, along with the lock system changes and the video. here's the addon he uses, you need to bind its command to toggle that mode though
