how do i fly like in the video?

in the beggining. it shows a ragdoll flying with a thing on the back. how do i do it?

If you want to fly like superman (in ragdoll mode) you will need a force that is high enough for the ragdoll to fly (1000 - 2000 should be enough in most cases).

If you just want to move your arms around 200 should be enough.
