I only found two things, one which is definitely an easteregg, the other that might not be.

On the shore below the red house closest to the lighthouse (not the one with a red roof), there is a small cave with some skulls, glowsticks, a globe, and the mapmakers name and website.

Inside of the destroyed church on the larger island is some kind of space hull, which is why I labelled it as a possible easteregg.
