Added Custom Wheels, But They Are Turned 90 Degrees

Put this strip of code

list.Set( "scar_wheels", "#50IN-Swamper", { Material = "vgui/wheel_junker", wheelchanger_model = "models/nateswheel/nateswheel.mdl" , Value = "50IN-Swamper" } )

In the appropraite section, but when I try to use them on my scars they turn 90 degrees, any help? Thanks.
