For some reason my camera while in the car is weird,i believe its called cinema view.Could someone please tell me how to fix it?

im having the same probelm and its so anoying! i fixed it once by unistalling all my Scars then after playing a bit i reinstalled them, that worked but then it got messed up again and i cant fix it

I FOUND OUT HOW TO FIX IT!!!! :D
you go into the scars tab under utilitys and one tab is called camera, click on it and it will pop up with 4 camera sets, select fefault and that will set it to normal!
