2 less pellets = -20% damage
Level 98 Scattergun
- This Weapon's bullets have no spread
- +200% damage bonus
- Silent Killer: no firing sound
- Maximum damage falloff reduced to 90%
- -80% bullets per shot
- -66% clip size
In words, this Scattergun fires two "slugs" (bullets) in a straight line path, unlike every other Scattergun. Because of this, it has a 200% damage bonus (18 per pellet instead of 6), and only 2 bullets per shot (instead of the usual 10).
The normal Scattergun has 50% damage falloff (only 3 damage per pellet) at long range, and because of the much higher accuracy of this gun, shots will not have any damage falloff, so they will amount to 36 damage at long range.
In addition, due to the silencer-like protrusions on the front of the gun, it has the Silent Killer attribute. This weapon will make no sound when firing.
It can only hold two bullets in its chamber before it reloads.
NOTE: The regular Scattergun does not normally deal only 6 damage per pellet: it can ramp up to 175% (10.5) per pellet at close range. Therefore, the Long-Term Solution can do up to 63 damage per shot at point blank, and 36 per shot at long range. That's why I believe this is balanced.
Is this too over/underpowered? Too complicated? Let me know.
Bruh GG. I could not think of any stat alterations to make this any better. If Valve adds this these *need* to be the stats.
+25% ammo pickup

In my opinion. this is just great.
