Stats

Maybe, on hit -10 movment speed, stacks to 2. -10% hit speed. On kill, paint spews everywhere, giving enemies in the area -15 movement speed.

Maybe after you kill/hit someone you leave a team colored mark on them?

On alt-fire: Shoot a paint-bottle and on hit enemies are marked for death for 4 seconds
25% Slower firing speed
