Stats (Because this awesome weapon needs some awesome stats!)
Hopefully it won't be a reskin. I would love a Spycrab-themed weapon.

I'm thinking something like:

--The Deadliest Catch--
Level X Crab Claw

+10% faster disguise time
-20% slower uncloak time
-15 max health on wearer
<>While crouching and holding Disguise Kit: (Spycrabbing)
+5 health regenerated per second.
+10% movement speed.
+20% damage resistance.

When item is active, play crouching and looking up with disgiuse kit animation. 20% slower move speed user can only move sideways while looking anywhere (a and d keys only) user does not have to aim while backstabbing. 60% damage resistance ONLY WHEN ACTIVE user cannot disguise. 50% slower weapon switch

on back stab you get 3 seconds of 50% damge resistence and If you get another stab with resistence you get it for 4 seconds and go's up to 6 seconds then back to 3 seconds if you do continue.
-30% damage when not back stab.
+10% swing speed
marked for death 3 seconds if missed swing
