I've used this mod on previous playthroughs, but I'm on a different steam user and just bought Skyrim because it was on sale. I have never had problems with this mod working, but the house does not appear in Drelas' cottage, and when using consol controls to try and find it, it can't locate the book so I don't really know if the mod is working or broken or whatnot.
