+Immune to Boo Stuns.

+Milks and removes all ammo and resets charges and over-heal
+Plays a Saxton Hale sound bit when it kill
+give over 9000 minutes of after burn that can't be removed
-Hit with a random crit gives back ammo
-hippybound-can on be sheathed in till it kills a Scout,Medic,Spy or Sniper
also value would be insane to add it with that much Dmg probley will give it a 75% damage boost

I don't think you understand the concept of an all-class weapon. But for a special stat...

Every kill you get is shown as an assist from the name of the weapon
All hits show onomatopoeias, like the Sandman or Loose Cannon
Backstabs are replaced with neck snaps

10% health
10% slower firing speed
immune to spook stun and with equipped you can't pick up jack and intel

Too underpowered,
Stats:
Kills all enemys from anywhere
Can not be crit boosted
No random crits
Alt fire: Makes you 1000000000000000000000000000000000000000000% more of a mann, and gives you 10 free mann up tickets that are not tradable or usable in crafting
+10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000005 health
+-100% damage vunribility (invincibility)
Makes admins piss their pants
