Flamethrower Troops

Adds a module containing 4 flamethrower troops armored in fire entry suits.

The suits, while being fire-resistant themselves, are also equipped with SCBA units to ensure maximum insulation and emergency respiration in low-oxygen conditions.
The cost of using this heavy equipment (aside from the hefty price-tag itself) is mobility and dexterity. The bulky suit prevents the soldier from performing standard crew duties.
