Isolated has been fully updated and fixed for ZPS 3.0.

Description
When the survivors escaped to this small, remote island they thought that they would wait out the zombie apocalypse. They never banked on the boundless tenacity of the zombie horde...

Survivors must defend the island as best they can with their meagre weaponry. They have the advantage of the cliffs and shelter provided by the buildings, but the zombies will always find a way through...

Being in this map feels like home. The dusky theme in a deserted island in the middle of nowhere captures the uncanny tone of the Source engine perfectly.

Oh. Shit. I made this map, years and years ago. I might even have the original .vmf somewhere, though I doubt it. Don't worry about reuploading it, it would have just rotted away otherwise.

@Cpt.Haxray - The map was originally designed for a small number of players. Most maps at the time were designed for max players. As I recall, this one was designed for, like, 8 people. It was never playtested either, not properly anyway.

@Nonjojålol - It was actually inspired by Dear Esther, you're right. I think I might even have done some custom textures for the terrain to emulate it. It was originally going to be set on the coast like Dear Esther, but it was easier to just make it an island.

Maybe I'll get back into ZPS level design. Been a while.

The spawns was never changed, but that can be dealt with, and the map last update was before the breakable doors was implemented into ZPS.

This map is pretty bad, all things considered. Sorry jonny. While it looks GREAT visually, the zombie spawns are just godawful. They spawn so far away and have to march through a literal firing line of death to get to the survivors.

Also, the prop_door used for the building is annoying. Why not make it one of the new breakable doors instead?

Plus the map itself feels rather empty. its just a big wide open island in daylight with a small house and a medium sized house that you can enter, with the rest just being there for show.
