Requested on forums.
Modifies GlobalGameParameters for BFE, so will conflict with mods that overwrite it too.

I'll tell a small secret, Fusion HD Alt-Fire mod is 95% done for over a month now, resting on my PC, but cannot be completed until CT fixed one small bug (it's reported), and I have no idea when that happens :/
