EDIT: Mod colonist spawning issue fixed, if more issues occur pls report thanks. Should otherwise work as intended.

Mod for changing population cap for the Beta 18 update.

Population caps are now doubled from the caps set in vanilla.

Minimum Population:

Cassandra: 8 from vanilla setting of 4
Phoebe: 8 from vanilla setting of 4
Randy: 8 from vanilla setting of 4


Maximum Population:

Cassandra: 26 from vanilla setting of 13
Phoebe: 26 from vanilla setting of 13
Randy: 26 from vanilla setting of 13

Critical Population:

Cassandra: 36 from vanilla setting of 18
Phoebe: 36 from vanilla setting of 18
Randy: 100 from vanilla setting of 50


Warning:

Other properties of Storytellers.xml for the vanilla files have changed between A16 and A17
which might result in slightly faster/slower delay between disease and raids? The mod is not
responsible for that as it ONLY modifies population cap.
