This is Gipsy danger from pacific rim, a MK3 Jaeger designed to fight along the Pacific rim.

Can raise arm for highfive, can hold someone or something in both hands, can drop right arm, and part of the left arm as well as detatch the lower half of the right leg.

V for Reactor purge
3 for wave
2 for thumbs up
left ctrl for ragdoll
Shift for crouch
wasd for momevent
Q for left sword and E for right sword
Left click for right arm, rightclick for left arm
F to pay respects and to raise arms
4 for missles
C for FPS
