Animated Fountain ,With optional animated fish props.
Ploppable 1x1 park (Park tab), anywhere on ground.

アニメーションする噴水です。地表のどこにでも設置できます。
公園カテゴリのタブにあります。

別途下記アセットをサブスクライブすれば水中で泳ぐ錦鯉を表示できます。

アニメーションアセット作成について
回転プロップ作成と同様に、頂点ペイントの明るさでUVメッシュ内をテクスチャがスクロールする距離が変わります。
テクスチャの縦のピクセル数をYとして、面を頂点ペイントの明るさ＝HSVのV(0.00～1.00)で塗っている場合、
テクスチャが上から下にスクロールしてくる距離はYに対してVの比率になるようです。
その距離をスクロールするとテクスチャが元のUVの位置に戻りループスクロールします。
白(V=1)で塗ればスクロールはせず、黒(V=0)で塗ればテクスチャの縦幅全体をスクロールし、
50%グレー(V=0.5)なら半分の距離、白に近い明るさ90%グレー（V=0.9）なら10%の距離をスクロールしてループします。
多分1ループ分にかかる時間はどのVでも変わらないようで、Vが明るいほどスクロールする速度が遅く見えます。

so Cities:Skylines sais, that you need After Dark... why isn't that listed in the required objects? And is there a way to make a version without DLCs?
