How to use this mod!
To use this mod you must set sv_consistency to 0 to do this go to Options then Keyboard/Mouse and enable developer console then simply press the key to the far left of the numbers on the top row of your keyboard and type in "sv_consistency 0" without the quotes!

Using this cuz it makes me want to actually kill it, and I think this is a good skin model for that.
