Blocky and generic but certainly handsome office building shows growing economic power in your city. It's Just another variation to 4x4 corner buildings! and grows without destroying your current city skyline. (hopefully)

I agree. That's why I made it :)
I don't exactly have a real building based on but initial influence was the giagantic building on E 9th St. bet Chester Ave. and Euclid Ave in Cleveland. (I don't even know the name) Then you have something similar when you go to east. Henry W Oliver Building in Pittsburgh looks similar as well. and just like @Destinys Stepchild says it does look like the David Whitney Building too! So it is really based on collected visuals from google-traveling.
