You are the best at details - when will you do a city hall so we can complete the town center using only your stuff? And we are patiently waiting for an airport and more unique buildings! ;D

Wish more building assets didn't come with built in parking. I rather use assets like parking lot roads to keep to a more realism style instead of assets with built in parking in locations that don't look proper, on top of the idea that the cars would have to jump the curb just to reach them.

I would so want to download this, but sadly I only run Campus DLC education buildings in my city as they generate nice income, but thank you anyway. Looks excellent.

Reminds me of Robert Gordon's University in Aberdeen (UK). I hope you can make a campus of this style of building.
