OK this one is a biggie, and before one is saying "hey verdeth, the topol actually uses this shell to protect the main rocket and the cap would come off" I know ! but look at it, launching such a bad boy at a target is so satisfying especially when you hit it and it is blown to smithereens. well in this case my good old friend yuri is an ♥♥♥♥♥ and he did not arm the rocket. WHY YURI WHY !
