描述
A small town hall for your small town. This building houses the town's small council, mayor's office, local government offices, and a police department (a sub-building with default stats). Citizens now have a place to complain about the broken swing sets.

This asset includes some modelled interiors and glass textures.

Why is the land so big? The council plans for this small government building to grow in the future. Expansion should be exciting to see.

Cost: $20,000
Size: 11x11
Police Cars: 10
Holding Cell Capacity: 20
Level 1 Unique Building

I just wish it didn't have any props or parking so that we could build our own :)

What mod would you recommend in order to be able to place more of these?

A bit spartan, needs trees / bushes/landscaping.

YES! I've been looking for a good town hall forever and this fits my town perfectly.

@ BrowncoatTrekky Thanks! You're right about the parking, I'll move it to the front.

@meapcity Not sure what will be released next. I have a church almost ready, just need time to complete it.

Nice touch with transparency! Well done @Cristolisto. Gallery pics are 1600x896 for referece should that help with blowing up the design layout (nice touch btw)... otherwise front parking would be more beneficial to avoid cars driving through buildings to park in rear. Extra road in rear would otherwise be necessary for everyone.
