NOTICE! This is a mod for the "Independent Architecture" DAT mod. This mod does nothing for AoE2 itself. You need the "Independent Architecture" DAT mod to see an effect. Make sure this mod has a higher priority then the Independent Architecture DAT Mod as well.

Update: Jan 6th. - Updated the Blacksmith Smoke to properly align with the Blacksmith.

Using this mod with the "Independent Architecture" DAT mod, this changes the Vietnamese Architecture from the Southeast Asian set to the East Asian set, such as the Mongols. With the DAT mod, this only affects the Vietnamese and not the other Southeast Asian Civilizations, such as the Khmer.

@Call it friend-o: try this way:First, I put the IA mod at the bottom in the mod option. Second, when you are going to start a game ,notice the top right corner, be sure to choose the IA DATAPACKET

Never mind I got it to work, forgot to change the data set before starting a match. :D

No it's not that. I always read descriptions and directions on things and it very obviously states on the first paragraph "NOTICE! This is a mod for the "Independent Architecture" DAT mod. This mod does nothing for AoE2 itself. You need the "Independent Architecture" DAT mod to see an effect. Make sure this mod has a higher priority tha Independent Architecture DAT Mod as well." In fact the Independent architecture (for patch 5.3) which is all in blue even has the "enable" button greyed out.

@Call it friend-o: Most likely it's a mod priority issue. Make sure that the Dataset mod is below this mod. A common problem is that people forget to set the Dataset to Independent Architecture when starting games.

Not working for me. I still get the SE style for the vietnamese. Any ideas to troubleshoot?

Well the stable issue should be fixed. If it's not updating and still happening, resubscribing should fix it.
