Adds outside connections to all roads

This mod adds outside connections to roads that didn't have them. Remember that in order to build outside connections for zonable roads outside of unlocked tiles you need to temporarily disable zoning with No Pillars or some other mod for that type or road.

Initially this feature was part of my Unlimited Outside Connections mod but I removed it from there because it wasn't properly implemented back then.

Make sure that both Unlimited Outside Connections and Prefab Hook are enabled in order to use this mod.

This mod won't break your games and doesn't conflict with any mods.

skyve is trying to tell me this is broken.... conflicts with network anarchy, but for the life of me NA does not let you do what this does...
