This actually works when you put it in the asset editor.
This doesn't work when placed directly into the game using 'More beautification' or 'Find It!' Mod. No one sits on it and this is considered just a decoration.
If you want to get this working without an asset editor, get the ''Anywhere White Table Set (Park) '' with it. There is only one table set in the park. Then place the park in the city.
Use 'Fine road anarchy 2.0' and 'Move It!' Mod to place the park on the grounds of other buildings (other parks, schools, train stations, etc.).
If you place it on the grounds of other Growable Buildings (Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Office), those buildings will break. You'll need the 'Plop the Growables' mod to stop it.
