Check out my DOT Collection instead - it's a new version of this collection with waaaay more props!

This collection will no longer be updated. Also note that some assets are not yet included in DOT collection packs (like the construction signs) but they will be added in the future, along with more props. To help identify which props are included in DOT collection and which ones haven't been updated, I tried to edit all the descriptions and titles of assets which are deprecated.


Signs, markers, and equipment assets for detailing road networks. Mostly based on MUTCD standard for traffic signs in the United States.

I try to keep everything low-poly and with reasonably low texture resolution, because I'm making these assets to use in my own cities and projects and want to maximize performance.

All of my newer assets will share meshes and specular maps where possible, which means that duplicate textures and meshes will be loaded only once if you use the Loading Screen Mod.

All of these assets are props. I recommend that you use Find It! mod to locate and place them (search for 'Spence' and they will show up). I no longer recommend using More Beautification mod since the ability to plop props in the vanilla game was added in Industries patch.

I also recommend using Prop Anarchy, Prop Precision, and Move It! mods for more accurate placement. If you do any detailing in your cities, then you probably have these mods already!
